It's all good news: On the 14. 2. 2011, all demolition works and other preparations for the 1st stage of the Čámovka project have been completed. The archaeologists have also finished their research of the site without any significant discoveries, which would further prolong their work on the land. But the best part came on March 1st, when the construction itself has started! The project is finally taking shape, so you can start to look forward to your new apartments!
Contract signed with the general contractor! / 20.9.2010
On September 20, 2010, another step was made towards the beginning of the construction by signing a work contract with BAK construction company, the general contractor.
BAK, a.s. construction company has been operating as a general construction and water management contractor since 1991, when it was established on the tradition and experience of Pozemní Stavby HK, a state-owned company. It is one of the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic and it works with the highest demands on quality.
