The first installment (the reservation fee) is CZK 70,000 and it is due within 5 business days from the signing of the reservation contract (this amount is a part of the purchase price). The second installment - 15% of the purchase price - is due within 10 business days from the signing of the future purchase contract. The remaining payment, which is 85% of the purchase price (excl. the reservation fee), is payable within 10 days from the investor's notice. The investor will prompt you to its reimbursement after the occupancy permit will be issued and a petition for entry of the Building owner's declaration will be filed with the Cadastral Register.
